Originally a single level home
This beautiful extension was built in Ocean Grove. Set back and up on the hills this was originally a single level home.
The clients wanted to capture the amazing views that could be claimed by extending and going up.
The white design palette compliments the beachy look with the timber lined garage door and entry screens really catching the eye.
Internally the white colour scheme flows through the house allowing the feature tiles and beautiful Tasmanian oak floors to really stand out.
Future proofing and adding value
The clients wanted to ensure that if they ever had to sell that they wouldn’t alienate any potential buyers. Therefore, we incorporated a 2 person or 1 wheelchair accessible lift, meaning absolutely everyone can enjoy the amazing views which extend from Swan Bay right the way around to beyond The Bluff.
As part of our building works, we also completed all of the landscaping which meant the clients could simply enjoy this amazing home without the need to worry about anything else.
